This video explains that apprenticeships are suitable for all ages, and can can benefit both the employer and learner through their ability to upskill, reskill, retain and recruit staff.

"I'm unable to find the time to support an apprentice."

This video explains how CSA supports both learners and their employers through providing a dedicated tutor or coach, available for one-to-one support for learners.

"We can't afford training."

This video explains that all apprenticeships are funded by a pre-paid levy with 100% funding available if your wage bill is over £3m per annum, or 95% if under. The CSA offers advice and guidance on the levy and other government initiatives.
